The Chefs’ Forum launched in Manchester on March 18th 2019 at the Manchester College with an all-star chefs’ lunch. The main course was prepared by Andrew Nutter of Nutters Restaurant and starred Foie Royale, the ethical alternative to traditional foie gras.
In this short video Andrew explains a little more about his dish which he describes as “…pure decadence on a plate.”
The event was organised by the Chefs’ Forum to celebrate their launch in Manchester and included a lunch with four courses, each prepared by a celebrity chef.
Set in six and a half acres of countryside on the outskirts of Norden in Rochdale, Nutter’s Restaurant is a modern, award-winning British restaurant-and-wedding venue owned by celebrity chef Andrew Nutter and his family.
